We left our room after unloading all our stuff and then we were locked out of our room. It took over 2 hours to get back in. Manager was no help at all. Locks failed even after a battery change. “Avevamo prenotato per 3 notti, dal 19 al 22 Maggio, abbiamo fatto il check in siamo entrati nelle stanze, pulizia praticamente nulla, lenzuola sporche e bagno impraticabile, eravamo 5 e abbiamo dormito in auto, la mattina seguente abbiamo fatto il check out dicendo che andavamo via perché la stanza e il bagno erano sporchi, ci hanno risposto che non era vero, è non avevamo diritto a nessun rimborso. ”
